Dr. Narendra Nand (email: narendranand@hotmail.com ) has scheduled the third Plant Bushfood Conference for Saturday August 4th at Griffith Uni.
A small committee has been set up in the plant science dept with Professor Rod Drew and further details will be provided as lecture theatre and venues are confirmed.
Any potential speakers are most welcome and we hope to invite growers, producers / processors and academics who have been working on various bushfoods plants.Any contributions will be highly appreciated.
