Ingredients:

¾ cup coconut milk
½ cup oriental chilli macadamia spread (in speciality shops) or make your own by putting 500g of nuts trough a food processor until smooth.(peanut butter consistency)
¼ cup brown sugar
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice or with 2 drops of lemon myrtle oil

Method:

  1. Boil the ingredients in a saucepan until thick
  2. add the juice

Comments:

Excellent to serve with crocodile burger or kebabs
You can substitute macadamia nut with bunnya nuts
