Ingrediants
40g of Outback Chef’s Lemon Pepper
150g roasted macadamia nuts
80g sesame seeds
50g roasted pine nuts
2 teaspoons coriander seeds

Method
Grind nuts coarsely in food processor
Mix together with other ingredients
Serve with bread and a good Australian olive oil
